Buyer/Tenant Representation

It is important to have a dedicated agent representing you and your best interest when locating and negotiating the purchase of new commercial property. When dealing directly with a listing agent, they are legally required to represent the seller’s (their client) best interest and negotiate the most favorable terms for them.

Having a Buyer Representative dedicated to only your best interest is extremely important to ensure that you not only get the most favorable deal possible, but to help guide you in discovering any potential issues with the property. Issues could include environmental issues, easements, or title issues that may affect you down the road.

When you select McCartt Commercial Real Estate Services to represent you in your commercial real estate purchase we enter into a Buyer Agency relationship. This agency relationship gives us a fiduciary duty to represent you and look out only for your best interests. This relationship requires that we disclose all material facts relating to the property and the transaction to you. It also requires us to keep all confidential information you provide fully confidential.
